Job summary

EY Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant - Active Directory & Entra ID Expert to design, implement and optimize modern identity solutions in cloud-first and hybrid environments. You will lead IAM initiatives, implement MFA and passwordless authentication, and guide clients through governance, RBAC and Zero Trust strategies.

The role demands hands-on Entra ID experience, strong AD knowledge, and the ability to mentor others while delivering client-ready solutions in a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Entra ID and enterprise IAM experience.
• Strong expertise in Entra ID features: CA, MFA, passwordless, risk-based controls.
• Experience with hybrid identity and on-prem AD integration.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize Entra ID–centric IAM in cloud-first and hybrid environments.
• Lead IAM projects based on Entra ID and Zero Trust principles.
• Implement authentication/authorization capabilities: CA, MFA, passwordless.
• Design and deploy IGA: JML, access packages, access reviews, PIM.
• Support hybrid identity architectures and AD-Connect coexistence.
• Provide hands-on AD guidance: AD DS, GPO design, OU delegation, DNS health.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and infra teams on end-to-end identity solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to EY standards and accelerators.
