Job summary

Tenarai Europe is seeking a Senior/Lead engineer to own end-to-end delivery of AI agent solutions for internal use, while also leading enablement activities to train and support engineers. You will run sessions, create worked examples, and deliver reusable tooling.)

You will act as the main contact for internal teams adopting the solutions, and work within a GCP and GitHub-based environment to ensure smooth deployments and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Senior or Lead level engineer who can own end-to-end delivery without supervision.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks or orchestration beyond prototyping.
• Ability to explain technical work clearly in writing and verbally.
• Working knowledge of GCP and GitHub-based development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents and LLM-based solutions for internal use.
• Lead the technical side of enablement: sessions, walkthroughs, and reusable materials.
• Serve as the main contact for internal teams adopting these solutions from first questions to implementation.
• Operate in a GCP and GitHub-based environment.
