Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to multiply engineering and GTM output by accelerating AI-assisted development. You will coach engineers, propagate best practices, and build the internal integrations that make AI-driven work the standard across a distributed, remote-first team.

The role requires 7+ years of full-stack experience, strong Node.js/TypeScript skills, and hands-on experience with AI tooling and internal tooling.

Qualifications

Senior, hands-on engineer with 7+ years shipping in a product-driven environment.
Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for building services and integrations.
Deep fluency with AI tooling and end-to-end AI-assisted development workflow.
Track record of taking internal integrations from prototype to production independently.
Excellent teaching, facilitation, and technical-writing skills for engineers.

Responsibilities

Enablement & coaching with engineers through 1:1s, workshops, and cohorts to raise effectiveness with AI-assisted development.
Propagate best practices; create living guides, prompt libraries, and an internal knowledge base.
Scale enablement by building a network of embedded AI champions.
Unblock engineers by surfacing blockers and elevating systemic issues to leadership.
Develop internal AI integrations and tooling (Node.js/TypeScript, MCP) from prototype to production.
