Job summary

You will onboard and enable teams, guiding best practices for deploying across web, mobile, and backend systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the CEE region.
• Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and cross-sell opportunities with renewals.
• Fluent in Polish and English; strong communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable customers across multiple ElevenLabs products.
• Drive renewals, upsells, and multi‑product adoption with a defined set of accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to convert technical success into durable revenue growth.
• Analyze usage and performance signals to identify friction and accelerate value realization.
