Job summary

SplitMetrics, a remote-first global software company, is hiring a Business Development Representative to target Enterprise and C-level prospects. You will research, prospect, qualify opportunities, and drive qualified meetings, with a clear path to Account Executive.

You will use data-informed outreach and a CRM (HubSpot) to feed the sales pipeline, partnering with Sales to optimize messaging and conversion across inbound and outbound motions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a BDR or quota-carrying role, including enterprise or C-level outreach.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
• Proficiency with cold calls, personalized LinkedIn/email, and discovery calls.

Responsibilities

• Research ICP and execute data-informed outreach to Enterprise and C-level contacts.
• Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities into the pipeline.
• Maintain pipeline, book demos, and collaborate with Sales on strategy.
