Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of Generative AI features within our global AI/Data department from our Warsaw office. You will transform AI concepts into tangible product roadmaps that boost productivity for thousands of users, while shaping leadership decisions and ensuring security and compliance in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

University degree or higher in a relevant field.
Experience translating AI concepts into business impact for non-technical audiences.
Strong English communication skills (C1+).
Experience with SaaS, analytics, or AI-based solutions is preferred.
Ability to work in a consulting/startup environment and manage software solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver AI product management strategies for GenAI-based SaaS products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
Assess risks, security, and regulatory implications for AI products.
Drive roadmap, adoption, and governance for AI initiatives across the organization.
Communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences and boards.
