SoftServe seeks an experienced AI advisor and delivery leader to guide enterprise clients in identifying, scoping, and realizing the value of AI across their business. You will blend technical depth with strategic consulting to drive adoption, lead PoCs, and build lasting client relationships that generate measurable impact.

You will work with data scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions, articulate ROI, and contribute to GenAI initiatives.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering large AI systems from concept to production.
• Experience scoping opportunities, leading PoCs, and supporting pre-sales.
• Strong consulting skills with client and executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI consulting engagements from discovery to delivery with measurable ROI.
• Identify and scope AI opportunities and translate problems into roadmaps and PoCs.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client accounts and executives.
• Present SoftServe's capabilities at industry conferences, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Develop AI service offerings and support go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Contribute to CoE agentic AI initiatives and GenAI Lab research.
