Job summary

Creatio, an AI CRM and workflow platform, is seeking an AI Consultant to help enterprises identify, design, and launch high-value AI agents with measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product, and sales teams to ensure agents are deployed and deliver ROI.

The role combines business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, requiring strong communication with executive stakeholders and hands-on experience designing AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business problems into AI solutions.
• Experience with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify AI use cases.
• Gain deep understanding of customer domains and processes to prioritize impactful AI use cases.
• Translate business problems into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals with success metrics.
• Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows around them to remove repetitive work.
• Define how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems — CRM, ERP, SaaS apps, APIs.
• Prepare agent specifications and solution documentation for delivery teams.
