Job summary

Shelf Engine is seeking a senior Enterprise AI Delivery lead in Warsaw to drive AI use cases from discovery through deployment with measurable business impact. You will work with customers and prospects to build business cases, configure AI and Agentic solutions, and deliver across customer and internal teams.

Success is measured by live use cases and proven value; you will help customers adopt Copilots, AI agents, and process automation while collaborating with Account Executives and Solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing B2B SaaS delivery such as solutions consulting, implementation, or technical customer success.
• Proven ownership of complex implementations from discovery to measurable results with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI, GenAI, or automation solutions including configuring workflows.
• Experience structuring business knowledge using ontologies, taxonomies, entities, relationships, metadata, and rules.
• Technical fluency to work with APIs, integrations, authentication, permissions, and data flows.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics, usage data, and SQL or analytics tools.
• Clear, consultative communication to lead discovery and secure decisions.
• Ownership and adaptability in evolving environments, managing risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Discover and prioritize AI opportunities with customers and identify measurable value.
• Define scope and build business cases; agree on outcomes and success criteria.
• Own implementation: model data, configure Copilots, AI Agents, and workflows.
• Lead delivery from discovery to rollout with milestones and dependencies.
• Validate quality, close gaps, and verify improvements before expansion.
• Drive adoption by piloting, collecting feedback, and enabling customer teams.
• Prove impact by measuring results and identifying new use cases.
• Turn experience into repeatable playbooks and templates for Product/Engineering.
