Job summary

Addepto in Warsaw is seeking a Head of AI / AI Strategic Consultant who will shape AI strategies for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, translating business goals into AI initiatives and guiding projects from concept to production.

You will build AI Centers of Excellence, define roadmaps and ROI expectations, monitor market trends in Generative AI and LLMs, and drive adoption with change management and capability-building across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience shaping AI strategies for enterprises.
• Proven ability to engage C-level executives and translate business goals into AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders, shaping how organizations use AI to create measurable business value
• Define and own AI strategy and roadmaps, from vision and prioritization to investment cases and expected ROI
• Identify, assess and prioritize AI opportunities across business functions, such as efficiency gains, new revenue streams, customer experience and risk reduction
• Build and scale AI Centers of Excellence, operating models and capability-building programs
• Translate business goals into AI initiatives, and work with solution architects and delivery teams to make sure they reach production and deliver results
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies (Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs) and assess their strategic impact on clients’ business models and industries
• Drive AI adoption and change management, including training, communication and building AI literacy across the organization
• Contribute to business development by shaping proposals, discovery engagements and long-term client relationships
