GlobalLogic in Kraków is seeking a Forward‑Deployed AI Architect to embed with enterprise engineering teams and prove the value of AI‑led delivery through hands‑on architecture, agentic workflows, and measurable outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of core enterprise software architecture and cutting‑edge AI engineering, helping customers transition from traditional, ticket‑bound Scrum cycles toward intent‑driven, autonomous delivery where AI tools, agents, and governance turn business

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering or architecture with product delivery.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture, DevSecOps, Agile/Scrum, and product lifecycle.
• Hands-on fluency with AI development tools, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled software delivery.
• Experience with modern AI tooling and multi‑agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Strategic Architecture
• Identify AI opportunities with customer engineering, product, and executive teams
• Design & Build proofs of concept using modern AI engineering tools
• Lead the Intent‑Driven Transition toward autonomous delivery loops
• Value Measurement & Executive Alignment
• Technical & Executive Presentation to engineering teams and C‑level stakeholders
