Job summary

Shelf is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Delivery Lead to guide high-impact AI use cases from discovery to deployment with enterprise customers in Warsaw. You will own end-to-end delivery, build business cases, configure AI/Agentic solutions in Shelf, and drive adoption across customer and internal teams, reporting measurable value and ROI.

Location – Warsaw, Poland. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and product teams to ensure repeatable, scalable delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing B2B SaaS delivery such as solutions consulting, implementation, professional services, or technical customer success.
• Proven ownership of complex implementations from discovery to deployment with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI, GenAI, or automation solutions, including configuring workflows.
• Experience structuring business knowledge with ontologies, taxonomies, entities, relationships, metadata and rules.
• Technical fluency to work with IT/engineering on APIs, integrations, permissions and data flows.
• Strong analytical skills including defining success metrics and using SQL or analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Discover and prioritize AI opportunities with customers and balance impact with effort.
• Define scope, build business cases, and establish measurable outcomes and value.
• Own implementation: build AI Data Model and configure Copilots, Agents, and workflows.
• Lead delivery from discovery through rollout with cross-team alignment.
• Validate quality, readiness, gaps, and improvements before expansion.
• Drive adoption: pilots, feedback, and enabling customer teams to operate and improve.
• Prove and expand business impact by tracking results and identifying new use cases.
• Make delivery repeatable by creating playbooks, templates, and automation.
