You will collaborate with product, design, and other leaders to produce reliable flight planning software used by pilots and flight operations teams.

You will mentor engineers, own roadmaps, and uphold coding standards, testing, and architecture. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a focus on scalable, inclusive teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience including 2+ years of people management.
• Track record of leading teams delivering high-quality software on schedule.
• Strong technical background; capable in architecture and design discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers.
• Own the delivery of the team’s roadmap balancing features, quality and technical debt.
• Partner with product management and design to shape priorities and plans.
