Qualifications

• Knowledge of testing, CI/CD, observability, security, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate software supporting aviation products and modernization initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous product outcomes into clear technical designs and acceptance criteria.
• Use AI-assisted development tools throughout the software lifecycle.
• Decompose work for engineers and agents to execute effectively.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness and safety.
• Establish verification using automated testing, static analysis, and security tooling.
• Integrate new capabilities with existing systems and data formats.
• Identify risks and drive decisions with stakeholders.
• Lead by example in code review and production support.
• Mentor engineers and grow team effectiveness with agentic workflows.
