Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in people management.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality software on schedule.
• Strong technical background for architecture and design discussions.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing engineers at varying levels.
• Excellent communication across engineering, product, and design.
• Experience with CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers with regular feedback.
• Own the team's roadmap delivery, balancing features, quality, and debt.
• Partner with product and design to translate priorities into plans.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, and architecture.
• Drive hiring and onboarding to scale the Denmark presence.
