Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical leadership and people management at a SaaS business.
• Experience building POS systems is a strong plus.
• Background as a software engineer with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience scaling engineering orgs and creating career frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive level communication.
• Good command of English (B2+); Russian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineering teams to deliver scalable platform architectures.
• Partner with product, design, operations, and go-to-market teams.
• Define technical strategy, processes, and product quality standards.
