• Strong understanding of full-stack SaaS architecture, CI/CD, and cloud-native development (as stated).
• Experience managing distributed teams or remote-first engineering environments (as stated).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills (as stated).

• Collaborate with product managers to refine backlogs, clarify requirements, and prioritize work.
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and career development for team members.
• Support hiring and onboarding to scale the team effectively.
• Ensure systems are secure, performant, testable, and observable.
• Participate in architecture and technical reviews, with a focus on sound, scalable decisions.
