IDT Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Mobile team to lead the Boss Revolution: Calling App and related mobile services, ensuring secure, scalable software for enterprise customers. You will partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Compliance to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

Requirements include 3+ years of leadership, hands-on mobile development background, CI/CD expertise, strong organizational skills, and excellent English (B2+).

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience leading cross-functional agile teams.
• Hands-on software engineering background with mobile app experience.
• Experience with CI/CD, release management, and monitoring.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Experience hiring and developing engineers.
• Excellent English communication (B2+).
