Integrated-Device-Technolog is seeking a highly technical Engineering Manager to lead scalable SaaS POS platform initiatives, partnering with engineering, design, operations, GTM, and exec leadership to deliver robust systems.

You will focus on team building, engineering processes, and technical leadership in a fast-moving environment that values customer empathy, speed, and product quality. Hybrid work options include a Belarus office or remote work in Poland.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in technical leadership and people management at a SaaS business.
• Experience building Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is a strong plus.
• Proven background as a software engineer with large-scale distributed systems or complex platform architectures.
• Proven experience in scaling engineering orgs (e.g., growing teams from 10 to 15 engineers).
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good command of English, at B2 level or higher.
• Russian language would be a plus.
