IDT Corporation is seeking a highly technical Engineering Manager to build and lead a scalable, robust platform for National Retail Solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams and executives to deliver high-impact POS SaaS products that solve real operational challenges for small retailers.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture, and talent development in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and professional training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical leadership and people management at a SaaS business.
• Experience building Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is a strong plus.
• Proven background as a software engineer with large-scale distributed systems experience.
• Experience scaling engineering orgs (e.g., growing teams from 10 to 15 engineers).
• Exceptional stakeholder management with executives and non-technical partners.
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
