Graphcore in Poland is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and optimize AI compute libraries and high-performance kernels for next-generation hardware.

You will write C++ and Python, profile on Linux, and balance memory, threading and numerical correctness while guiding technical direction and remaining hands-on. This role offers deep ownership and impact within the ML Kernels & Runtime team.

Qualifications
