Job summary

Asana is seeking an Engineering Manager in Warsaw to lead a new Adoption team focused on helping new users discover value from our collaboration software. The role balances speed with craft, building zero-to-one experiences and scalable growth infrastructure.

You'll collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to optimize experiences, build rapid prototypes, and guide engineers toward impactful, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• 4+ years managing a technical team
• Experience in growth engineering, activation funnels, or PLG

Responsibilities

• Hire talented engineers and enable the team to scale
• Manage and enable growth of engineers on the Adoption team
• Articulate and execute the team's roadmap to align with business goals
• Own technically challenging and critical projects
• Coach engineers in technical and professional development
• Ensure a great experience for Asana users globally while enabling rapid development
