Job summary

Asana is seeking a Product Manager to join its Work Intake team in Warsaw. You’ll own end-to-end product ownership, translate customer feedback into features, and define a roadmap that improves team productivity and collaboration across engineering, design, and data science.

You will work with cross-functional partners to deliver MVPs, prioritize work, and scale solutions for internal and external customers while thriving in a hybrid, office-centric environment with in-office days and WFH

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Spend time directly with customers to understand their challenges and synthesize research.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a compelling roadmap to ensure customers have the structure they need to power end-to-end workflows.
• Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners to invest in high-leverage work intake solutions.
• Drive MVP offerings to product-market fit with rigorous prioritization and execution.
• Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to co-create an end-to-end journey and execute the roadmap with velocity.
• Collaborate across R&D to support other teams in achieving their goals.
