Asana is seeking a Staff Product Manager for its Warsaw team to define and drive the product strategy for our AI-native lifecycle product. You will partner with design, research and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into sharp workflows for high-performing teams.

You will validate bets with demanding customers and own a focused roadmap with real business impact, while contributing to a category-defining product and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS with data-driven scope.
• Ability to model data relationships and UX flows.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
