Job summary

Asana is hiring a full-stack engineer to help build the software that powers their product-led collaboration platform. The role is based in Warsaw with an office-centric hybrid schedule, including in-office days and flexible work-from-home options depending on team needs.

You will contribute across the stack, collaborating with product managers, designers, researchers, and data scientists to deliver scalable, high-quality features and maintainable codebases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack experience in large, well-maintained codebases building user-facing products.
• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript (React and Node.js) or Scala.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners and cross-timezone teams.
• Autonomous judgment balancing speed with quality and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a broad swath of the product from UI to back-end processing logic.
• Participate in the entire product development process with cross-functional partners.
• Develop clean, beautiful code and improve existing systems.
• Grow and develop professionally through opportunities to learn.
• Be an early contributor to the Warsaw office and foster an inclusive culture.
