Job summary

Asana is seeking a Program Manager to join the R&D Operations team in Warsaw, owning the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of the R&D Onboarding program and driving additional operational programs that keep Product and Engineering running smoothly.

You will build systems, rhythms, and infrastructure to give every new hire in R&D a consistent onboarding experience, and proactively identify coordination gaps that slow teams down.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs or projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to own scheduling, logistics, and end-to-end operational workflows across teams.
• Strong written and spoken communication tailored for engineering, product, and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and coordination for R&D Onboarding — manage cohort planning, session logistics, presenter coordination, and calendar systems.
• Maintain scalable program infrastructure by owning projects, templates, and tracking systems for onboarding and other R&D programs.
• Measure program effectiveness using lightweight metrics and feedback loops to iterate and improve.
• Identify and close operational gaps by spotting coordination blockers and proposing scalable fixes with stakeholder buy-in.
• Communicate clearly across R&D, producing status updates and maintaining internal documentation.
• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional R&D programs, shaping them from design through day-to-day execution.
