Job summary

Asana is seeking a Program Manager for its R&D Operations team in Warsaw to own end-to-end onboarding scheduling and coordinate broader R&D programs, ensuring every new hire has a smooth, well-orchestrated first weeks experience across time zones.

You will build and maintain the systems, rhythms, and infrastructure that support onboarding and other R&D initiatives, identify coordination gaps early, and drive scalable improvements with cross-functional partners in Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding or large-scale programs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear, structured communication across engineering, product, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and coordination for R&D Onboarding — manage cohort planning, session logistics, presenter coordination, and calendar systems so every new hire across Product and Engineering has a smooth, consistent onboarding experience across time zones.
• Maintain scalable program infrastructure by owning Asana projects, templates, and tracking systems for onboarding and other R&D programs.
• Measure program effectiveness using feedback loops and lightweight metrics to iterate and improve.
• Identify and close operational gaps by spotting coordination breakdowns and driving scalable fixes with stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly across R&D, producing status updates and maintaining documentation.
• Drive end-to-end execution of 1–2 additional programs, from design to day-to-day running.
