Job summary

DCG Poland is helping a client in Warsaw recruit an experienced Unified Communications Engineer. You will design and maintain Microsoft 365/Teams solutions, manage Azure-based infrastructure, and implement automation using PowerShell.

You will also support compliance recording and collaborate across agile and traditional project environments. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in UC or End-User Engineering, strong Teams and Azure experience, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Unified Communications or End-User Engineering.
• Hands-on cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge with emphasis on Teams.
• Experience with compliance recording solutions (Verint, Intelligent Voice) is a plus.
• Proficient automation and scripting (PowerShell).
• Understanding of UC technologies including SIP trunks and SBCs.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiar with Agile and traditional delivery models.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.
• Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently.

• Design, configure, and maintain unified communication solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a focus on Microsoft Teams
• Support and enhance compliance recording solutions for voice communications
• Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, primarily within Azure or equivalent environments
• Implement automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency (e.g., PowerShell)
• Ensure stability and performance of communication infrastructure, including SIP trunks, SBCs, and related components
• Troubleshoot incidents and participate in task force activities when required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in both agile and traditional project environments
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing (Jira, Confluence)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within Unified Communications or End-User Engineering
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Microsoft Azure)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Teams
• Experience with compliance recording solutions (e.g., Verint, Intelligent Voice – strong advantage)
• Practical experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
• Solid understanding of Unified Communication technologies, including SIP trunks, SBCs, and private connectivity solutions
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with both Agile and traditional delivery models
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
