Job summary

Check Point in Warsaw is seeking a highly motivated Technical Customer Success Manager (Endpoint Security) to serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers. This role blends deep technical knowledge with strategic engagement to maximize value from security investments and achieve business goals.

You will collaborate with security, IT and executive stakeholders, guide deployments, drive adoption, and ensure successful outcomes across complex endpoint environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or related cyber security roles.
• Hands-on endpoint security knowledge across OSs and environments.
• Experience handling high-priority escalations and cross-functional resolution.
• Able to translate security risks into business outcomes.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience presenting to CIOs/CISOs and executives.
• Familiarity with NIST, CIS Controls, and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Act as post-sales technical advisor and trusted partner.
• Build relationships with security, IT leadership, and exec sponsors.
• Translate technical challenges into business-focused recommendations.
• Lead reviews and strategic discussions with customers.
• Own onboarding, deployment plans, and time-to-value milestones.
• Coordinate with Support/Engineering/Product to resolve issues.
• Report on CS metrics and renewal forecasts; drive engagement.
