Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior Network Security Specialist to join our security team. You will configure, maintain, and optimize Checkpoint firewalls and VPN solutions across international units, and contribute to Zero Trust initiatives.

The role requires 5–10 years of expert Checkpoint experience, strong English, and the ability to work independently or with cross‑functional teams while documenting changes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of expert-level experience in Checkpoint environments.
• Proven professional experience with network segmentation and general network operations at a specialist level.
• Hands-on experience with site-to-site (S2S) and remote access VPN solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support the Remote Access VPN track of the International Units project, coordinating with firewall teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Assist in the Zero Trust program, contributing to secure and compliant network solutions.
• Support the Direct Internet Access track, targeting completion by end of November, including significant firewall-related activities.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Checkpoint firewalls and VPN solutions.
• Implement and manage site-to-site (S2S) and remote access VPN connections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network segmentation, security compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Document configurations, operational procedures, and network security changes.
