Job summary

AMS, in partnership with a leading client in the technology industry, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across Romania and neighbouring markets. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with Hiring Managers, and deliver high-quality talent experiences in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies across IT and technology roles, running interviews, presenting shortlists, and maintaining compliant data.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise with multi-position ownership.
• Ability to recruit in IT/tech and gaming with market insight.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills.
• Fluency in English and Romanian is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing to offer.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to understand needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing and talent attraction strategies for IT/tech roles.
• Engage passive candidates via direct sourcing, market mapping and networking.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with market context.
• Provide market insights to inform recruitment strategy and expectations.
• Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience through clear communication.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and keep systems compliant.
• Meet SLAs, KPIs and team objectives with focus on quality.
