Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions is recruiting an IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end IT recruitment for the MSD Czech IT Hub. You will build diverse candidate pipelines, assess and shortlist high-quality candidates, and partner with hiring managers to deliver timely outcomes.

You will contribute to process improvements and ensure accurate reporting while navigating a fast-paced, client-driven environment across European markets.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Czech, with strong professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles within the MSD Czech IT Hub.
• Proactively build diverse candidate pipelines across multiple channels.
• Assess and screen to deliver high-quality shortlists in a timely manner.
• Partner with hiring managers to manage expectations and drive outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate systems, reporting, and management information.
• Contribute to SLA, KPI and team objectives through prioritisation and delivery.
• Provide insight-led recommendations from market mapping projects.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers within the MSD Czech IT Hub, contributing to a collaborative, results‑driven recruitment partnership.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for IT roles within the MSD Czech IT Hub by applying your recruitment delivery expertise
• Use your sourcing skills to proactively build diverse candidate pipelines across multiple channels
• Apply your assessment and screening skills to deliver high‑quality shortlists in a timely manner
• Use your relationship‑building skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and manage expectations
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes
• Use your communication skills to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through regular updates and transparency
• Apply your attention to detail to maintain accurate systems, reporting, and management information
• Contribute to SLA, KPI, and team objectives through effective prioritisation and delivery
• Use your analytical skills to undertake market mapping projects and provide insight‑led recommendations
