Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Labor & Employee Relations Specialist for a two-year temporary assignment based in Stargard, Poland. The role reports to the Sr. LER Site Lead – Poland and collaborates with HR, Legal, and Compliance across Eastern Europe.

You will manage cases, advise leaders on Polish employment law, conduct investigations, and support organizational changes while ensuring compliance and timely actions.

Qualifications

• University degree in law or HR with relevant HR/LER experience.
• Good knowledge of Polish labor law and employee relations.
• Ability to conduct investigations, assess risks, and document findings.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication with leaders, HR, Legal, Compliance.
• Fluent Polish and English (min B2).

Responsibilities

• Manage employee and labor relations cases from intake through resolution.
• Coach and advise People Leaders on employment law and policies.
• Conduct or support workplace investigations and Speak Up cases.
• Ensure compliance and support organizational changes and workforce planning.
• Deliver training and regional LER support.
