Job summary

Radiometer is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll execution for Poland and other EMEA countries. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls while supporting harmonization and continuous improvement across the region.

The role reports to the Payroll Manager and involves handling Polish and multi-country payrolls, with a focus on complex calculations, data accuracy, and process automation opportunities. Experience with ADP, Workday or SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources.
• At least 5 years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Strong end-to-end payroll expertise including complex calculations and statutory requirements.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Process Polish and other EMEA payrolls for multiple companies with precision and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with country, regional, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations.
• Prepare and submit required filings and reports; validate and correct payroll data prior to processing.
• Escalate and resolve payroll discrepancies and serve as escalation point for senior analysts.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records including tax withholdings and direct deposits.
