Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is hiring engineers to design, build, and maintain high-performance data workflows, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Oracle-based solutions powering real-time systems.

You will implement scalable data processing, build automation, and monitoring frameworks while collaborating with global teams in an Agile setup and owning projects end-to-end from design to production support.

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle/SQL experience (5+ years).
• Advanced PL/SQL development with procedures, packages, functions.
• Experience with triggers, views and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of transaction management and optimization.
• Experience building database-centric middleware/data integration layers.
• Python and shell scripting for automation and data processing (5+ years).
• Designing data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, storage).
• Experience with near real-time/transactional systems.
• Git and CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Able to work in distributed, international teams.
• Experience in banking/financial markets and knowledge of exchanges.

ING Hubs Poland is hiring! The expected salary for this position: 9 600 - 20 000 PLN - Engineer III 13 000 - 22 000 PLN - Engineer IV. The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain data workflows, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integration processes
• Develop robust Oracle-based data solutions powering transactional and near real-time systems
• Implement high-performance, secure, and scalable data processing pipelines
• Build automation, monitoring, and testing frameworks for data workflows
• Collaborate with global teams in an Agile setup, driving continuous improvement
• Own your solutions end-to-end: design → implementation → testing → production support

What you bring

• Core expertise
• Strong Oracle / SQL (5+ years)
