Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Workday Security Consultant III to join the Global HR team. You will oversee Workday Security configuration, participate in design and deployment, and work with international stakeholders to align systems with business objectives.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to continuous improvements and support end users across the organization.

ING Hubs Poland is hiring! The expected salary for this position: 9 600 - 20 000 PLN The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

Requirements

• have ability to resolve issues on Workday HCM & Security
• must have Workday Security Certificate or equivalent (essential for the role)
• have experience in providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements and performing system design and configuration
• have ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• actively seek for improvements & innovations
• have ability to pay strong attention to detail
• have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients
• have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
