Mercer in Warsaw is seeking an Employee Experience Analyst with English to join our data-driven team. You will analyze employee engagement projects, configure multilingual online questionnaires, and deliver high-quality reports for diverse clients worldwide.

The role emphasizes Excel-based data work, coordination across teams, and developing project management skills while collaborating with colleagues in Poland and India. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written (minimum B2).
• University degree (ideally technical studies or with elements of statistics).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full availability (Monday to Friday, flexible working hours from 8:00-10:00 to 16:00-18:00).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants, clients, and team members to deliver high-quality employee engagement products.
• Configure and test online questionnaires in multiple languages using Mercer tools; prepare high-quality reports.
• Coordinate the distribution of surveys (configuring emails with invitations and reminders in multiple languages).
• Intensive work with Excel, perform operations on large databases (data cleaning, preparing additional calculations in Excel, etc.).
• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure they are executed on schedule.
