Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Very strong analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics.
• Ability to interpret data and present it understandably.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Mercer consultants across the EMEA region.
• Prepare data analyses and customized reports on total rewards and benchmarking.
• Build and maintain Excel templates and tools.
• Peer-review colleagues’ analyses and reports.
• Ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Support consultants with data insights via emails and calls.
• Participate in client projects with direct exposure.
