Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, seeks a Customer Support Associate Manager in Gdańsk to lead the EMEA VAS Quoting and Order Management teams. You will balance operational priorities, customer expectations, and business objectives across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Asset, and Customer Service teams to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EMEA VAS Quoting and Order Management teams to drive performance.
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for Pre-Booking (Quoting) and Post-Booking (Order Management).
• Serve as primary escalation point for EMEA VAS operational issues and stakeholder requests.
• Drive quoting, order management, backlog management, and customer support processes.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Asset, Supply Chain, Manufacturing teams, and Customers to meet objectives.
• Monitor backlog, order aging, expedites, allocations, and material constraints.
• Oversee quoting activities including pricing, BOM reviews, and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate critical customer requests to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Develop team through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Analyze data and generate insights via BI tools; present operational reviews and executive updates.
