Job summary

itD is seeking a Project Manager – Sales Enablement, EMEA to coordinate regional initiatives across multiple countries and stakeholders. The role emphasizes on-time milestones and effective enablement activities in a dynamic, international environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project management or business operations experience, strong stakeholder management, and excellent English communication skills to drive progress in a matrixed, global organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within sales operations, sales enablement, business operations, marketing operations, or a similar function.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, teams, or countries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to proactively follow up and maintain project momentum.
• Good understanding of sales enablement planning and execution.
• Experience working effectively within a matrixed, international organization.
• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and data tracking platforms, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Airtable, Asana, or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of regional sales enablement initiatives across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
• Track project progress against plans, milestones and deadlines, with timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, including agendas, decisions, and next steps.
• Manage project documentation, status reports, and governance materials.
• Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate execution across EMEA markets while accommodating local business needs.
• Measure progress via KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement processes and governance.
