Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Reseller Enablement Consultant to design and deliver scalable enablement programs for a SaaS channel ecosystem in Kraków. You will create onboarding paths for reseller sales, pre-sales, partner managers, and customer-facing teams to boost confidence and commercial execution.

The role sits at the intersection of partner sales readiness, services awareness, and post-sale handoff quality, collaborating with regional teams to align enablement with go-to-market

Qualifications

• Understanding of channel partner models and onboarding.
• Ability to translate product and services into partner-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable reseller partner enablement programs.
• Create onboarding and readiness pathways for partner teams.
• Develop partner-facing resources (playbooks, messaging guides, checklists).
• Enable partners to understand Cornerstone's delivery models and transitions from sales to delivery.
• Collaborate with Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Services, and regional teams.
