Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Digital Service & Remote Connectivity Lead for EMEA. The role focuses on unlocking value from remote service capabilities, driving adoption of IntelliServe, and identifying IT and AI solutions to enhance service competitiveness.

You will lead customer-facing implementations, collaborate across Sales, Service, and PMO, and drive innovative remote diagnostics initiatives while navigating regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in field service, technical support, or digital solutions within a regulated industry.
• Led customer-facing implementations or deployments including digital/remote service tools.
• Advanced knowledge of connectivity, cybersecurity, and remote diagnostics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of remote service capabilities and utilization of IntelliServe.
• Provide technical leadership by supporting sales, leading implementations, and removing adoption barriers (cybersecurity).
• Enable cross-functional alignment across Sales, Service, and PMO for consistent positioning and rollout.
• Execute initiatives including installations, pilots, and improved remote tool utilization.
• Lead innovation by piloting and scaling AI-driven service solutions.
