Arrow Electronics is seeking a Junior EMEA Recruiter (fixed-term) in Gdańsk. You will support end-to-end recruitment across EMEA for technical, corporate and sales roles, connecting with candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, and screening applicants.

The role offers a 14-month fixed-term contract with opportunities to learn from an international team. You’ll work with hiring managers and HR colleagues across multiple countries, developing sourcing skills and contributing to a positive

Qualifications

• Some previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or candidate sourcing.
• English and Polish at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with candidates and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Support and gradually take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA.
• Search for and connect with candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
