Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting to lead a high-performing EMEA team that attracts engineering talent and scales our global hiring efforts. You will partner with senior leaders and shape recruitment strategy to support international growth while maintaining a flexible, remote-first culture.

You will guide data-driven decision making, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive impact across the UK, Poland, and Spain with a focus on inclusion and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading full-cycle technical recruiting.
• 5+ years leading high-performing recruiting teams.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent market (UK, Poland, Spain preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across EMEA.
• Own recruiting strategy for the region, align with business priorities.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional leaders to scale hiring.
• Influence senior leaders with data, market insights, and guidance.
• Use analytics to forecast risks and improve funnel performance.
• Collaborate with Talent Brand, Compensation, and other People teams.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and provide talent advice.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve recruiting processes.
