Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in Krakow is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end EMEA payroll using ADP and EOR providers. You will ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery while partnering with HR and Finance.

The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience across EMEA, familiarity with ADP platforms, and strong English and Polish communication. Hybrid work, three days in the office, and a focus on process improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience across EMEA regions.
• Delivery via ADP and/or EOR providers.
• Local professional payroll qualification.
• Experience with third-party payroll vendors and SLA oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end EMEA payroll processing through ADP and EOR providers.
• Review and approve payroll outputs and audits.
• Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts and assist month-end close.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure compliance.
