Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll delivery across multiple EMEA jurisdictions using ADP and EOR providers. The role requires strict compliance, data accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-paced multinational environment.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, and external providers, oversee inputs, cut-offs, and reconciliations, and contribute to payroll transformation initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of payroll data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience across EMEA.
• Hands-on with ADP payroll platforms.
• Workday HCM exposure is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• SLA oversight and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end EMEA payroll delivery via ADP and EORs.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, cut-offs, and statutory filings.
• Validate data from Workday and other systems; perform reconciliations.
• Review outputs, payslips, and funding files prior to pay date.
• Support month-end close with payroll-related entries.
• Partner with HR, Tax, and external providers to stay compliant.
• Contribute to global payroll transformation initiatives.
• Analyse trends and prepare management reporting.
