Job summary

Avient Corporation seeks an experienced payroll professional to manage payroll transactions for Germany, the Nordics and the Netherlands. You will oversee time and attendance, pension administration, and year-end activities, while supporting audits and efficiency projects across the EMEA region.

The role requires a bachelor or master’s degree and at least five years’ payroll experience, with strong German and English communication and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' payroll experience.
  • Knowledge of German payroll legislation.
  • Strong English and German communication.
  • Experience with payroll audits and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll transactions for assigned geographies (Germany, Nordics, Netherlands).
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of regular and irregular payments.
  • Handle related time and attendance transactions and audits.
  • Administrate the Employers Pension scheme.
  • Support audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate on payroll projects and system improvements.
  • Provide documentation and respond to payroll inquiries from associates and managers.
