Job summary

JP Morgan Chase in Warsaw is seeking an EMEA Benefits Operations Associate to support the benefits, payroll and time & attendance processes across the employee lifecycle. You will serve as the primary contact for employee queries and help coordinate resolutions in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.

You will work with HR, Payroll and vendors to maintain SOPs, perform data reviews and reconciliations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency and data

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations or similar operational environment including payroll/benefits lifecycle processes.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work as volumes change and deadlines approach.
• Proficient in data reviews, reconciliations and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for employee queries related to benefits, payroll and time & attendance.
• Manage multiple operational activities and deadlines concurrently; reprioritize as needed.
• Maintain awareness of upcoming cyclical activities and assess impact on workload.
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders to resolve complex or escalated matters.
• Perform data reviews and reconciliations; identify discrepancies and resolve.
• Maintain and update SOPs, checks and documentation for accuracy.
• Compile operational reports and data for local teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors; track dependencies.
• Support HR Operations initiatives, transitions, automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
