Danaher Corporation in Warsaw seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll execution for Poland and other EMEA countries. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls, acting as a subject‑matter expert and driving harmonization across regions.

You will manage multi‑country payrolls, handle complex calculations and statutory requirements, and support standardization of payroll workflows while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources.
• At least 5 years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Strong end-to-end payroll expertise including complex calculations and statutory requirements.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and make sound decisions.
• Confidence in handling escalations and sensitive payroll matters.
• Bilingual capability preferred: Polish (fluent) and English (business).

Responsibilities

• Process Polish and other EMEA payrolls for multiple companies within the group with precision and timeliness, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; escalate discrepancies and support process improvements.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records including tax withholdings, benefits and direct deposits; conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration for regional consistency.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures and harmonization milestones.
