Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Partner Development Manager to expand its partner ecosystem in EMEA mature markets. You will identify and recruit high-potential partners, onboarding them and providing enablement to accelerate growth as a platform company.

You will report to the EMEA-Mature Director for Gold & Scale Partners and work across teams to align strategies, measure performance, and drive successful partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales, partner management, business consulting, or a similar role in software
• Experience building relationships with C-level executives
• Business fluency in English and at least one other European language

Responsibilities

• Identify potential partners aligned with Autodesk's strategic initiatives and market goals.
• Execute recruitment strategies to attract high-potential partners and communicate Autodesk's value proposition.
• Develop and execute onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and early successes.
• Foster collaboration and coordinate with departments to facilitate strategic alignments.
• Develop and monitor partner performance plans to drive continuous improvement.
